- Introduction
This is a prize draw to win one of two Tall Blacks singlets valued at $150.00 each between Friday, 26 July 2024 and Friday, 2 August 2024 (inclusive) (the Promotion). We, BNZ, are the promoter and the prize provider. Please contact us with any queries. You agree to these terms with us by entering the Promotion. New Zealand law applies.
- How to Enter
The Promotion opens at 9:00am on Friday, 26 July 2024 and closes 5:00pm Friday, 2 August 2024 (the Promotion Period). You enter by tagging one person in a comment on our Instagram or Facebook giveaway post, and you and the person you have tagged must be following the official pages for BNZ and Basketball NZ on that social platform. To ensure you are following the right pages we have tagged the official pages in the giveaway post. You can enter as many times as you want. Entries are open to New Zealand residents aged 13 or older, and who are not our staff or their household, at time of entry.
- Selecting the Winner
We’ll randomly select and announce the winners on our stories and in the comments of the giveaway posts on Monday, 5 August 2024. We will contact the winner(s) by direct message too. A winner must claim their prize within one week of being notified or forfeits it. A winner also forfeits their prize if they were not eligible to enter, as we may determine at any time. If the prize is forfeited, we’ll redraw it within one week using the above process.

- Conditions
The prize isn’t transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. All results are final and we won’t enter into correspondence. We may decide that you forfeit your prize if you’re a BNZ customer with accounts that are in default or closed due to misconduct. You consent to us using your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional purposes.
- Compliance Checks
We may need to check you or your entry. This includes your name, address, age, place of employment, and other information we might reasonably ask for. We can disqualify you at any time for being fraudulent, dishonest, or misleading, or otherwise acting outside these terms.
- Our Liability
We and our respective employees and affiliates, are not liable for any losses (both direct and indirect) resulting from this Promotion or a prize itself.
- Your Privacy
We may collect, store, and use your information to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes. See our Master Privacy Policy for more information on our privacy practices. We own any entries in the selected.
