Duncan was raised on a hill country sheep and beef cattle farm in Taranaki and went on to complete a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree and a Rural Valuation diploma at Massey University, before joining BNZ in 2003. He has worked with a wide range of food producing businesses across dairy, sheep & cattle, arable, and horticulture which has included several vertically integrated businesses. Duncan lives in Taupo with his wife and 3 children enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.
