Rowen Waterworth
Director, Corporate Agribusiness
Rowen grew up on a dry stock turned dairy farm north-west of Taupo, where she spent lots of time relief milking and calf rearing. She started at BNZ as a graduate in 2012 and joined the BNZ Corporate Agri team in 2015 as a senior associate, and progressing through to the role of Director – Corporate Agri in 2021. Rowen lives in Auckland with her husband and two children, and still enjoys holidays on the family farm and picnics at Kinloch.
